We advise booking your delivery for the Thursday before  your big weekend, that way, if you miss the courier they will try again the next day and you'll still have the equipment delivered in time before your party. Our couriers also provide a text with a one hour delivery window and tracking information so you will have notice of their arrival.

Yes! You can have the equipment delivered to wherever you need it - a holiday home, community centre, granny's house, etc. Just make sure that whoever is in knows the delivery is coming so that someone is there to accept it from the courier.

Our transport boxes are 100cm by 60cm by 70cm. Most setups will come in two boxes. Please check the dimensions of your car loading space to ensure the boxes will fit. The bags also have carry handles for carrying and although big, as they contain soft play equipment, they're not heavy (roughly 14kg per bag).

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability and available space in your transport boxes. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. The luxe set comes with 16 mats which measure 60cm x 60cm each so if you want to set it all up in one area you would need 2.4m x 2.4m. However, we also love setting ours up in different areas and zones. You can have the ball pit in one corned, the step and slide next to it and the castle blocks and shapes somewhere else. Its wonderfully flexible and the kids will always move it to where they want it anyway!

Yes - it's perfect for summer garden fun. We do just ask that if it rains you cover the equipment to keep it dry and ensure that any mud is cleaned off before you return the equipment.
